Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all included parts and manuals.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Change of Mind Returns

If you changed your mind about a purchase:

  • You may return the item within 30 days if it meets the conditions above.

  • You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

  • Or if we sent the wrong item

We will provide a full refund or replacement, and cover the return shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us at sales@nabilon.com.au before returning your item. We will assist you and provide a return label if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Screen protectors that have been opened or used

  • Adhesive products, once the seal is broken

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Tools that have been used

  • Batteries that have been installed or show signs of use

Please ensure you check compatibility and read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we’ve received your return and let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit unless we provided the return label.
